Your body needs to also refute objections or other points of view. Make a final point which tells the reader what to think or do. The easiest way to find a good title is to use a short version of the question. The second way is to make a statement which shows your point of view. If possible, I suggest a real story, but it could also be a made-up story, which I call a "typical scenario" which would explain the problem and make it vivid for the reader.
